2011 Mustang GT Shelby GT350

The new 2011 Mustang GT Shelby GT350 is the new model released from ford. As expected it has a lot of pure horsepower. The 5.0L/490-lb-ft (MT est) supercharged DOHC 32-valve V-8 engine gives off an amazing 550+ horsepower. The Transmission comes either 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic. Acceleration is prety good too; 0-60 in 4.2 sec. The exterior body has the basic mustang design with a little added features. Mustang lovers agree this is an awesome car. Hopefully now other car companies will respect the revival of an american classic.

Audi R8

The 2010 Audi R8 looks more like a Ferrari and/or Lamborghini. It packs a 4.2L gas V8 engine giving it 420 hp. Its sport look and mid size engine puts it up against other competitive cars in the class like the Porsche 911, BMW M6, and Aston Martin. Lots of people agree, the engine in this car is amazing! Buyers have an option to upgrade to a bigger 5.2 L V10 engine. "I have owned Ferrari's, Porsche's and other exotics and this is the best car for the money by far," says a reviewer of the car. It was displayed at the 2010 Chicago Auto show. Audi has really stepped up against competition with BMW Voltswagon and Mercedes.

Rolls-Royce 200EX

It's Smaller and Cheaper than a Phantom. But it's Still Big and Expensive. The New 2010 Rolls-Royce 200EX is what Rolls-Royce calls their new "baby" car. The new Rolls-Royce is built on a bespoke unitary chassis yet it shares similar hardware and suspension as the new BMW 7 series. In fact, 20% of all components are shared with the BMW 7 series including electronics. The Royce is fitted with the BMW V12 engine that is also used in the 7 series. All other specifications are classified except the price which is starting at £180,000 or in dollars, $274,032.

2014 Mustang

The new 2014 Ford Mustang, which is coming out in late 2013 (yet here we are in 2010!), will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary. As a treat, it will go global. As ironic, the designers have no idea how it's going to look and makers haven't even started on a prototype! With Fords rear-drive platform program almost dead, the company will try to come up with a new model that's not just another upgrade of the last years model. Under the global rear-drive platform plan, the 2014 Mustang would share its basic architecture with the next generation Australian Ford Falcon, and possibly a new flagship sedan for Lincoln. The Mustang would have been on the short wheelbase version of the platform, the Falcon on the mid-wheelbase, and the Lincoln on the long wheelbase. But that strategy has changed, for three key reasons:

1) A large rear drive sedan for the U.S. would require a lightweight platform architecture to help it meet forthcoming fuel economy and emissions standards.

2) Sales of the Australian Falcon slumped last year to just over 30,000 units, the lowest level in the nameplate's 49 year history in Australia.

3) Although it avoided bankruptcy, Ford burned through a lot of cash last year, and may not have the resource to devote to developing what would be a complex but relatively niche architecture.

The 2014 Mustang will get initially 3 new ideas put into it, say the designers. The first -- and perhaps the easiest -- is an evolution of the current car,or in other words the body, and a continued focus on the 5.0-liter V-8 as the halo engine. The second is more of an M3-style car, probably with turbocharged V-6 power for markets like Europe. The third - and probably the least likely, says the source - is to transform the Mustang into an ultra-high tech, ultra-high performance coupe along the lines of Nissan's giant-killing GT-R (not gonna happen).
At the moment, ford isn't exactly sure what capabilities the 2014 Mustang will have but it will most likely be smaller and lighter and have a better gas mileage to suit European and Asian markets.

2012 BMW 3 Series

In Late 2011 the new 2012 BMW 3 series is scheduled to come out. When manufacturing started in 2005 on the 3 series, it was very popular with its drivers. Unfortunately for the car now, 5 years later, people are criticizing that it doesn't look like a BMW. They say that the style of its grill and its"awkward styling". Critics, and many people alike (including myself), believe that there is a very big lack of interior room. There are also people that don't agree with the price. Starting at $36,400 its not considered spare change for the average person (but of course half of that amount is for the little BMW logo). The new 2012 model will solve, according to BMW, all these problems (except of course the price which is likely to go up, say some workers at BMW).The new model will include a hybrid variant. it will also include new Efficient Dynamics and the new X-Drive AWD system which be more light weight. Other features that may make it to production include night-vision devices, a heads-up display and radar safety systems. Starting Price around $38,000. Overall the New BMW will be a completely changed from the interior room to the exterior body.

2010 Toyota Supra

In the 1990's, Toyota came out with a new sports car, the Toyota Supra. It was a revolution in sports cars. Unfortunately the 300hp diminished in production and by 2000 only 20 cars were produced per year. The last supra came off the production line in August of 2002. For 8 years the car was forgotten and not produced. Now in 2010 the new Toyota Supra got a 21st century makeover. The new supra is still a prototype but will be in the 2010 Chicago Auto Show. There are 2 versions of the car:A hybrid and a normal version( the White car is the hybrid). The estimated starting price for the car is between $40,000- $70,000, which is a pretty good price compared to the fact that it matches up against the $1.5 million Lamborghini's and Ferrari's. Don't be fooled by the hybrid, its not a Prius (its brakes work). It packs a power yet clean 400 horsepower engine. The other version, the sport version, has a V6 3.5 liter engine, giving it around 340 hp, or a V8 5.0 liter engine, giving it around 450 hp. There are a lot of new comments about the new supra. Most people are excited that its back.
"Welcome back! It's good to finally see some signs of life and enthusiasm from the maker of vehicular appliances. I knew it was in them somewhere... " says a fan!
If you're willing to go see the supra head down to the Chicago Auto Show this week to see the prototype.
